Shy? Self-conscious? Insecure? We all have labels that we give ourselves, but what if we could replace them with something more positive?

Join us and other young people for a brand new SkyCast, looking at things you can do to improve your self-esteem, as well as a chance to share top tips with each other about things that make you feel good. We'll also provide info on where you can get further support if you need it.

The online chat group is anonymous and confidential and everyone is welcome :-)

Managing Difficult Feelings

Negative labels like “too sensitive” or “too emotional” can make us view our feelings in a negative light. We may begin to feel like our feelings are “scary” – that we can’t control them, or that we shut them down as a way to cope.

This session will begin to explore how we can manage these emotions, both in the ‘moment’ that they surface and in the longer term
