Managing Difficult Feelings

Negative labels like “too sensitive” or “too emotional” can make us view our feelings in a negative light. We may begin to feel like our feelings are “scary” – that we can’t control them, or that we shut them down as a way to cope.

This session will begin to explore how we can manage these emotions, both in the ‘moment’ that they surface and in the longer term
