Coping with Exam Stress - Surviving the next six weeks

During Feb, March and Apriil, we've been running some online workshops to help you cope with the exam season.  This final session is all giving you the tools and positive mindset to get you through the next six weeks. We'll be talking about practical tips to help you do your best, as well a looking at managing any worries or panic you're struggling with - and visualising the finishing line (it's almost in sight)!

Because whilst we all feel nervous and tense about our exams, too much stress and pressure can leave you feeling anxious, which can affect your abilty to do your best and get the result you deserve.
