It's getting close to exam season - and if reading that makes you feel "panic", then this is the workshop for you. Because whilst we all feel nervous and tense about our exams, too much stress and pressure can leave you feeling anxious, which can affect your sleep, appetite and ability to concentrate on revision etc.
