It's exam season - and if reading that makes you feel "panic", then this is the workshop for you. Because whilst we all feel nervous and tense about our exams, too much stress and pressure can leave you feeling anxious, which can affect your sleep, appetite and ability to concentrate on revision etc.

Join us and other young people to share ideas of ways to tackle our exam stresses and worries.

Shy? Self-conscious? Insecure? We all have labels that we give ourselves, but what if we could replace them with something more positive?

Join us and other young people, looking at things you can do to improve your self-esteem, as well as a chance to share top tips with each other about things that make you feel good. We'll also provide info on where you can get further support if you need it.

Managing Difficult Feelings

Negative labels like “too sensitive” or “too emotional” can make us view our feelings in a negative light. We may begin to feel like our feelings are “scary” – that we can’t control them, or that we shut them down as a way to cope.

This session will begin to explore how we can manage these emotions, both in the ‘moment’ that they surface and in the longer term
