Service Notice
Around early November time, our online counselling website will be getting a new interface to help make it more user-friendly. This means that the platform’s layout and visual appearance will be changing, but the way that it works will stay the same! You will still be able to access your sessions under the ‘My Sessions’ heading, and you will be able to see any messages under the ‘My Inbox’ heading.
Keep an eye on this space for updates about when the transition will be happening, alongside opportunities to give feedback about the new site, to help us make sure that the changes to the site work well for young people!
